DebtFree Coach is a subscription web app that provides financial education: a debt-payoff calculator, a coach chatbot that answers from the numbers you enter, and an investing academy. It is published by Quest Publications 901 ("we", "us").
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. You register with an email address and password, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Once a charge has posted, it is non-refundable. Cancelling during the free trial means no charge at all. Cancelling after a charge prevents the next charge but does not refund the current period. See our No-Refund Policy for details.
You agree not to: share your account with others; attempt to access other users' data; abuse, overload, or probe the service's systems; use the service for unlawful purposes; or misrepresent the service's educational content as professional advice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Payoff simulations are mathematical projections based on the numbers you enter — they are estimates, not guarantees, and actual results will differ if your balances, rates, or payments change. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new version date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. We will ask you to re-accept if a change materially affects your rights.
