All charges are final and non-refundable once posted. The free trial exists so you can evaluate the service at no cost before any charge happens.
Once a monthly charge has posted to your card, it is not refundable — including if you cancel mid-period, stop using the app, or forgot to cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Cancel in two taps from inside the app: Account (👤) → Manage subscription / cancel. No phone calls, no retention maze. You can also email QuestPublications901@gmail.com from your account email if you need help cancelling.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a charge posted after you cancelled during the trial), email QuestPublications901@gmail.com with your account email and the charge date. We will investigate — genuine billing errors will be corrected.
